The sumptuous Sistine Chapel of the Vatican in Rome is built to the same measurements as Solomons Temple in Jerusalem, and is the source of inspiration for this program with masterpieces from the 16th century Rome.

All Saints’ Day Concert: Blessed Are The Dead!

Every year, All Saints’ Day gives us a special opportunity to remember those who matter in our lives, but who are no longer physically present. The feeling of grief often goes hand in hand with the gratitude of all the beauty these people have brought us. – These people stand for us as a kind of saints in our lives.

With this mood as a starting point, Christian IV’s Vocal Ensemble will convey polyphonic music for All Saints’ day from the Renaissance to comfort and uplift.
